Most people who own a camera have tried taking pictures of the night sky in some way! Sometimes you get the perfect shot, other times a big blurry blob. At this event Gary will use his extensive experience to guide you through the basics, and some not so basics, of using a camera to take wonderful nightscapes and deep-sky images of the cosmos.
A deeply rewarding experience and one that may set you on the path to taking some wonderful images. The evening will consist of a talk and practical sessions outside under the dark skies we have at Grassholme Observatory.
